Welcome to Summit Pickleball Academy. By accessing or using our website, services, and events, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
2. Services
Summit Pickleball Academy provides clinics, camps, lessons, and related activities. We may update, change, or discontinue services at any time; however, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance.
3. Registration and Payment
All participants must register and pay in full before attending any clinic, camp, or event. Payment methods are outlined on our website. Registration is only confirmed once payment has been received.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded; however, we may offer a credit toward a future session at our discretion.

If Summit Pickleball Academy cancels an event, a full refund or credit will be offered.
5. Assumption of Risk
Participation in pickleball and related activities involves physical exercise and carries inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Summit Pickleball Academy is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during participation.
6. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate. If you have medical conditions or concerns, please consult a doctor before attending. Summit Pickleball Academy reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe.
7. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Pickleball Academy, its staff, and partners are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property arising from participation.
8. Photography and Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before the event.
9. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to act respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other players. Abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Summit Pickleball Academy and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled within its jurisdiction.
